What a party! Chef Billy and Rhonda worked wonders in a short time moving around our tiny kitchen. But wait. We need to say this is NOT home cooking. Chef Billy uses the finest fresh ingredients, organic vegetables, fresh seafood, heirloom and special sauces and fine cuts of meat with more original menu items. The tasteful array of heavy and light hors d'oeuvres by Chef's recommendation met everyone's appeal. His lavish display enhanced the dinner presentation and invited guests to return for more.We were so pleased to have Rhonda's careful attention to details, too. She greeted our guests cheerfully while offering various drinks. All the while managing to keep platters brimming throughout the event and clean up during the affair. She was wonderful.Unique entertainment and exceptional food were spotlighted for our special occasion that evening.Lettuce Cater matched their agreement to provide a most memorable time.
